					Went in as a new patient for a check-up and saw Dr. Abbas -- she was great and I'd definitely recommend. It was easy to set up my appointment on the website as well as fill out the new patient forms online before coming in to speed up the check-in process.

					I see Dr Brody as my eye doctor, a lovely caring person she is very patient and a good listener to the eye problems I am experiencing. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, they make you feel as if you are the most important patient in the office. The wait time is minimal and I would recommend this practice.

					Visiting Bergen Optometry for the first time yesterday was one of the best doctor visits I have ever experienced. The staff was extremely pleasant and the online pre-registration process made things go quickly and efficiently when I arrived. Dr. Brody was warm, kind and remarkable in the way she explained everything to me, I did not feel rushed at all. I have already recommend this practice to several friends and family.

					If you are looking for a great place to have your annual eye exam, Bergen Optometry is the place. I saw Dr. Brody-Sendroff and she was super thorough. I never had such a detailed eye exam before. I highly recommend Bergen Optometry.

					Easy and convenient to make appointments (bilingual  Spanish and English too) Great and friendly staff Dr's are Great and explain everything. My family has used this practice for over 30 years!!! Can't say enough good things about them.

					I've been going there for the past 4yrs and they are prompt with there schedule time when you setup online. Doctors are great, and the lady that helped me with my frames had a good eye. All together it was a smooth and enjoyable experience

					I’ve been coming to Bergen Optometry for years and I have to say I am very pleased with the renovations and improvements. Everyone is very professional, super kind, and thorough. I saw Dr. Karina Puleo and she was great. Edna was great as well and helped me pick out the perfect frames which I cannot wait to wear!

					First off, I went to my appointment the wrong day, But they were so kind and understanding, They made opening for me; the Dr. I like her she's very Knowledgeable and looks out for your best . The staff Very Attentive and nice People; Honestly;  I Highly Recommend This eye Place. Next to farmers market in Hackensack.

					I went there yesterday as my first time in a long time seeing an eye doctor in like 10 years, and I immediately felt welcomed. Each and every single one of the staff members were so friendly, it felt like I was in a utopia. I’m not usually one to write reviews however, this place deserved it And I highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you again!

					This was my first time going to Bergen Optometry and everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful right when the moment I walked inside. I was there to take my 4 year old daughter for an eye exam and the doctor was amazing and patient and explained every step to my daughter so that was great. I really appreciated everyone there. Thank you!

					I’m extremely pleased with my experience at Bergen optometry. I’m a hard critic of emergency care places and the people employed by them. However Dr. Brody is someone you would refer to as a superhuman. She is super knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel at ease. I entered the facility in pain and left laughing. I would recommend this facility and doctor to anyone! You are in Great hands!

					I really have a nice experience with the staff of Bergen Optometry. Excellent customer service and doctor Pinsky was very professional. The eye study she did was very detailed and she answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend Bergen Optometry if you need a qualified eye doctor.

					This was my first time here and I am so glad I chose this place, the place was clean, little wait time, and Dr. Pinsky was fantastic, very kind, thorough and had excellent bedside manners. 					I am a long time patient. It was a great visit, prompt and smooth. Dr. Brody-Sendroff is very attentive and detail-oriented. Scheduling is much easier now with the online system too! Once you are registered or checked-in for your visit, it was easy.

					I have been going to Bergen Optometry for many years.  The staff and doctors are great!  During my previous visit my teenage son decided to give contacts a try.  The staff was so patient with him and took their time (over an hour) to teach him how to use and care for his contacts.  He was so happy!

					I was very impressed by the level of service and hospitality I received today while visiting Bergen Optometry. Dr. Puleo answered any and all questions I had concerning my eye health and made sure I left there feeling reassured and taken care of — this was a nice feeling! 					I had a wonderful experience and Bergen Optometry. There was zero wait time and the professionalism of the staff was top notch. The Dr was great. Eddie was phenomenal in assisting me with selecting new glasses. Overall, was a great experience. I’ve worn glasses since childhood and have never had such an easy breezy eye exam and glasses purchase.

					The staff was very friendly & professional. They accepted our insurance and didn’t pressure us into over spending. The office was clean and the machines used for testing were state of the art. I would highly recommend them over the bait and switch and smooth talking salespeople in the mall franchises.

					Dr Puleo was awesome. She is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and patient. She showed me all of my advanced results in detail on the screen and explained what they mean. she made meaningful recommendations and ensured that my questions were answered before I left. I was seen promptly, and glasses service was easy and pleasant. Definitely recommend.

					Hands down the best and most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had! Now that I’m getting a bit older and I’m starting to have some issues.  I’m reminded how important it is to stay on top of my eye health. Dr. Brody spent so much time explaining things to me and I feel so much better educated. Her team is professional and polite and I seriously can’t recommend them enough.
