When you walk into the doors of Bergen Optometry, you’re not just met by optometrists who are ready to give you an eye exam. You’re met by warm, friendly people like Dr. Brody-Sendroff, who make it their mission to get to know their patients better. That’s the atmosphere that’s been created at Bergen Optometry, and Dr. Brody-Sendroff is a big reason for it!
Dr. Brody-Sendroff has been practicing optometry for over 15 years, using the latest technologies and cutting-edge diagnostic tools to help her patients see better. By prescribing glasses and contact lenses and diagnosing common diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, she’s able to help change and even save the lives of her patients. She is particularly fond of treating dry eye, glaucoma and macular degeneration, amongst several other ocular conditions.
Dr. Brody-Sendroff earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She takes pride in giving back to the optometric community and teaching the next generation of optometrists. That’s why she acts as an adjunct professor with the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and the New England College of Optometry. By taking on this role, she’s able to host students during their education career at her practice.
After Dr. Pinsky earned her Doctorate of Optometry from SUNY College of Optometry, she was now equipped to help people with their comprehensive eye care needs. She joined Bergen Optometry in 2014 as a board certified optometric physician, and has been helping people with their comprehensive eye care needs ever since!
Prior to graduating, Dr. Pinsky interned at Lyons VA Medical Center in Lyons, NH and received training throughout the course of her education. She received extensive training in primary eye care and had completed internships in ocular disease, specialty contact lens fitting and pediatric eye care. She also learned how to manage a wide variety of eye diseases and conditions.
Dr. Pinsky makes it a point to develop a relationship with her patients, treating each and every individual one as if they were her own family member. When she’s not dealing with clients at the office, you can catch her at home spending time with her husband and their four children. She also loves to read, so you might find her curled up on the couch reading a good book!

Dr. Puleo enjoys several aspects of being at Bergen Optometry, but she has taken a particular interest in studying dry eye and ocular disease.
In her free time, Dr. Puleo enjoys spending time with her friends and family. You might even catch her speaking Russian, which she is fluent in!
